Careers
Build your trade on work that matters.
Yes — we're hiring. Nautilus crews work on naval, research, and commercial vessels across San Diego and beyond.
Why Nautilus
Craft-first culture, fleet-grade standards.
Our core crew has worked together since the mid-2000s, and Nautilus has built on it since 2017. Our people work in our Chula Vista shop and aboard ship around San Diego Bay — and travel to the ship when the job calls for it.
If you take pride in documented, inspection-ready work on real ships — from amphibious assault ships to research vessels — we want to hear from you.
